Refund
Our pricing policy makes it easy for full utilization of expert’s time to be consumed as per the plan selected. If you have selected Pay As You Go plan then you would have received a time quotation along with the deadline. Your work shall be delivered and your hours would be utilized within the time-period quoted. For Pay As You Go plan you would be provided support as per following condition: The task taken with 7 hours or less of expert’s time will be supported till 7 days after submission. Any task taken with more than 7 hours of expert’s time will be supported till 14 days from submission. Any query during mentioned period would be taken up by expert and you will get help for that. After this period none of the queries would be considered and if you need any support you will have to pay accordingly for the service.

 

If you are not satisfied with the work and you are looking for refund, you can lodge a complaint till 15 days of your transactions along with your payment receipt. If 15 days have gone by since your transaction, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or additional services and support for your task. There are certain situations where partial refunds up to 40% of the expert’s fee would be granted on following conditions:

  1. Complain was registered within 15 days of the transaction along with payment receipt.
  2. Work submitted was not fully satisfactory and was partially correct
  3. Incomplete information provided.

 

To process the refund, our team would require some evidence maybe the snapshot with the grades on the paper or a detailed report mentioning what went wrong and what was expected. Please note that we will ensure the full confidentiality of files shared through e-mail or online chat. Once your complain is received and inspected, we will send you an email as acknowledgement. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for your refund request. If you are approved for the refund than payment will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

If you have subscribed to our weekly/monthly plan, then you would be offered two/four hours of the expert’s time as per the plan selected and this time cannot be adjusted with previous or upcoming week/month. You are advised to take use of the time properly. You can cancel your subscription plan any time, however you won’t get refund for the ongoing subscription plan.

 

 

Late or missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your account again and contact your source company/bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your source side.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@MATLABHelper.com and send us your latest receipt of source bank.

 

Sale/Promotional Refund (if applicable)

Only work done under regular plan comes under our refund policy, unfortunately sale/promotional work cannot be refunded.

 

Cancellation (if applicable)

After payment completion if you want to cancel the work, there is a Cancellation charge of 60% of the quoted expert’s fee and you will get 40% of expert’s fee back within 7 working days.
