Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation

Our pricing plans and policies make it easy for full utilization of expert’s time to be consumed as per the plan selected. All of our Communication Options including live sessions and offline work are priced at the same rate, and We charge you for the expert’s time quotation or consumption, and you have the freedom to choose the plan or service as per your preference.

 

For Pay As You Go plan you will be allowed for One Query/Update Request until a week after work submission. You are supposed to send your individual Query/Update request in a single email only to be officially taken forward. The expert will make sure to resolve your queries and demand during the mentioned period. Any further questions will be considered as a new requirement, and you will have to pay accordingly for the services. If you have booked an online session and the meeting has been scheduled with your confirmation, the time of the meeting can only be changed, if informed 12 hours before the scheduled time. If you inform the change within 12 hours of the scheduled time of the meeting or you are not present in the scheduled meeting, you will lose all of your expert’s time for that scheduled session. If you are not satisfied with the work and you are looking for a refund, you can complain until seven days of the submission (inclusive day of submission) by writing to us along with the reason for your dissatisfaction. To process the refund, our team would require some evidence like a detailed report mentioning what went wrong and what was expected. Please note that we will ensure the full confidentiality of files shared through email or online chat. Once your complaint is received, you will get a formal acknowledgment, and your claim will be resolved within seven Working Days. If the work of the expert is found completely unsatisfactory, then you will be approved for a complete refund. Once processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven working days. In case the work submitted by our expert is partially correct, or if you have shared incomplete information at the time of payment resulting in the unsatisfactory result, you will still be eligible for partial refunds up to forty percent of the expert’s fee, and the MATLAB Helper ® administration will exercise the final decision.

If you have subscribed to our Research Assistance plan, you would be offered fixed hours of the expert’s time per the plan selected. We can adjust this time with the upcoming one month as per the plan taken. We will share with you the rule book and guidelines for utilizing your plan. You will be eligible for the refund of the remaining expert time of the ongoing month only. Utilized expert time of the current month will be deducted at the Pay As You Go plan rate, and the maximum refund allowed will be fifty percent of the order value. Any refund would be credited back to the payment source within seven days after resolution. Any extra expert’s time beyond your plan will need to be paid under Pay As You Go plan if required.

If you have subscribed to our Corporate Assistance plan, you would be offered fixed hours of the expert’s time with one year validity which will not be added to the next annual plan. You can cancel your order within 30 days of your booked plan. You will be eligible for the refund of the remaining expert time only. Utilized expert time of the ongoing order will be deducted at the Pay As You Go plan rate. The maximum refund allowed will be fifty percent of the order value. Any refund would be credited back to the payment source within fifteen days after resolution. Any extra expert’s time beyond your plan will need to be paid under Pay As You Go plan if required.

If you have booked for Training or Workshop, an individual agreement or discussion thread will be maintained detailing all conditions, including refunds and cancellation. These terms can also be considered from the text records over email or invoice quotation.

If you have purchased an online course or paid a fee for an event, quiz contest, certification, or learning portal resources, there is no provision of refund on these services. For the certificate, you are expected to achieve a 60%+ score or succeed as per the terms of the quiz within one month of placing your order. All orders where access is provided digitally, for example, course and learning portal resources, will be marked as completed after the access is given.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your account and contact your payment source. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your source side. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email and send us your latest receipt from the source bank. We will check and settle the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Sale, Promotional & Discounted Refund (if applicable)

Only orders placed at regularly priced plans come under our refund policy. Unfortunately, sale, promotional & discounted priced orders will not be refunded.

 

Cancellation (if applicable)

After payment completion and before work commencement from the expert’s side, if you want to cancel the work, there is a Cancellation charge of forty percent of the quoted expert’s fee, and you will get sixty percent of the expert’s fee back within seven working days. The refund will be on Expert’s Fee excluding any Transaction or Payment Gatewat Fee and will be made to the original source of the payment.
